New and emerging technologies often come hand-in-hand with government oversight, and electric vehicles are no exception.

Steve has been instrumental in working with both State and Federal governments to change laws that will help move the electric vehicle industry forward.

Some past successes include:

• Co-authored House Bill 1820 in the State of Washington which increased speed of electric cars from 25 to 35 mph.
• Promoted tax breaks from local, state and federal government

Steve continues to educate and consult with a variety of public entities on furthering the widespread adoption of electric vehicles and a viable source of transportation
